Onlymemes is committed to providing a safe environment for all users, especially children. This document outlines our child safety standards and policies.
⚠️ ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Onlymemes has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation (CSAE).
We explicitly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that involves, promotes, facilitates, or is related to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Sexual exploitation of minors
- Grooming or predatory behavior targeting children
- Any form of child abuse or exploitation
- Content that sexualizes minors
- Any attempt to solicit, share, or distribute material involving minors in a sexual context
Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination, reporting to law enforcement, and cooperation with authorities.
1. Age Restrictions
Onlymemes is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.
Users between the ages of 13 and 17 should use the app with parental supervision and guidance.
2. Content Moderation
We employ multiple layers of content moderation to protect children:
- Automated Systems: We use automated tools to detect and remove inappropriate content.
- User Reporting: Users can report inappropriate content or behavior through in-app reporting tools.
- Human Review: Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team.
- Proactive Monitoring: We actively monitor the platform for violations of our child safety policies.
3. Reporting Mechanisms
If you encounter content or behavior that violates our child safety standards, please report it immediately:
- In-App Reporting: Use the report feature within the app
- Email: support@onlymemes.app
- Emergency: Contact local law enforcement if you believe a child is in immediate danger
All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.
4. Law Enforcement Cooperation
Onlymemes fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in investigations related to child safety violations. We:
- Preserve relevant data and evidence
- Respond promptly to legal requests
- Report suspected CSAE content to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety
5. User Education
We are committed to educating our users about online safety:
- Clear guidelines on appropriate content and behavior
- Information about reporting mechanisms
- Resources for parents and guardians
- Regular updates on safety features and policies
6. Account Termination
Any user found to be in violation of our child safety standards will face:
- Immediate and permanent account termination
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities
- Legal action where appropriate
- Cooperation with investigations
7. Continuous Improvement
We continuously work to improve our child safety measures by:
- Updating our detection and moderation systems
- Training our moderation team
- Staying informed about best practices in child safety
- Collaborating with child safety organizations
- Regular review and updates of our policies
